Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is our top priority, which is why there are specific types of products that can’t be returned such as:
- Face and body products if opened, used, or have a broken protective seal
- Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken

This stuff really is amazing. I was sceptical at first as my daughter suffers with dermatitis, sensitive skin and in turn acne. We have tried many products, creams including prescription, none helped intact they tended to make it all worse. Well, this stuff is a miracle find. Her skin has cleared up immensely, yes it hasn't eradicated it all, but oh my, the difference was shocking. So lovely and gorgeous for the skin. I don’t like the smell of lavender but ignore that because of the benefits this water has for my acne, blemish-prone skin.

Works well. its fine once get used to the smell. would be better in a glass bottle rather than a plastic one.
Wonderful to put on your pillow for a good night's sleep but be aware that its not contained in a spray bottle, so squeezing the plastic container too enthusiastically will waste a lot of precious water
